Our aim is to provide you a truly personalised service, bringing a whole new meaning to the term ‘personal training’. Focused on physical and mental fitness, with you at our core- from those who want to learn about their own health and those who want to exercise in more privacy and with increased attention and scheduling flexibility. We offer real results, not just our time.

There is no one size fits all, that is why we provide you with an exclusive expert professional (Smart PT) to implement exactly what will work for you, being by your side every step of the way. We encourage a sustainable, balanced lifestyle for the long haul, not just a short-term fix, based on your needs and your goals.

The Programme takes a holistic approach, with great focus on hearty mental wellbeing as well as physical. Our methodology uses physical activity to connect the body with the mind. We believe holistic exercise is medicine, and if enacted more efficiently, exercise would save our economy millions of pounds. Holistic exercise combines breathing techniques, mobilisation mechanisms, strength and conditioning exercise and recovery methods. We offer spa services and wellness retreats along with alternative methods including cryotherapy to further enhance your progress on your health prosperity journey.

Personalised Training

Our mobile personal training service covers the south east, bringing prowess and experience to you, whether it be your home, your workplace, or a suitable indoor or outdoor location convenient for you. Your body is often enough to work with, however, we have lots of specialist equipment we can utilise dependent on goals and fitness levels. There is also the option of training in our private studio in Kent, for bespoke focused one to one training.

We emphasise longevity in our programmes as there is never a real short-term fix. Your progress will be monitored throughout your journey, from your sleep quality to your strength gains. Measurements can be taken (weight, waist, hip etc) if you would like, however I believe you will feel and see the progress, which carries far more weight than numbers on a tape measure or figures on a scale (unless of course you are to make a weight for a sporting event).

We believe in creating a lifestyle where exercise becomes part of your usual routine, without compromising responsibilities and recreation time. We aim to engrain our intelligence into your everyday life, without it feeling like a difficult unenjoyable task. Weight Training

We’re specialists in weight training and strength and conditioning. If you’re new to lifting weights or an experienced lifter, we can take you to that next level you are looking for. Weightlifting isn’t just for bodybuilders! Weightlifting will keep fat off more so than cardiovascular exercise, although we always recommend to incorporate both strategies. With many of our routines, weightlifting will get the heart rate working optimally, and will be like a unique form of strength endurance training.

There are so many different and fun ways to lift weights; it will never get boring with the Ajile team. Whether you want to build muscle, lose fat, get stronger, improve endurance, become more powerful, repair injuries, or all of the aforementioned, with our training regimes, you are guaranteed to get to where you want to be!

I’ve been training with Aj for little over three months and I am seeing a huge difference in my strength, fitness and body shape. Aj is an incredibly talented and attentive personal trainer. From the very first session he listened to my goals and aims and took into account the previous injuries I had sustained, and accounted for that in my sessions. Every session Aj would be mindful of my painful back and knee, altering various moves to ensure I was performing each move properly and allowing me to add strength to those problem areas. Aj is genuinely one of the most down to earth, funny, relatable and caring personal trainers I have met. I am so incredibly grateful for the help he has given me in the lead up to my wedding. Our morning sessions were always full of energy, and it took my mind off any stresses I had with work and wedding planning. I have always tried to stay in excellent shape but work and injuries have gotten in the way. It was time to get back on track. Being in international business I asked some of my most fit and prominent colleagues how they do it and AJ’s name came up more than once. One recommendation came from a guy that is very influential in the government and partially owns a professional sports team; hence I thought AJ was worth the call. I’m glad I did. What an amazing talented guy…patient, sincere and excellent in what he does. I’m dealing with a partially torn rotator cuff and now my Physical Therapist was so impressed with my workout that he is starting to incorporate some of AJ’s training into his practice. I’m in the US and wish I was in the UK to get local 1:1 training but live Zoom is the next best thing, but I will definitely stop in when I’m in town on business (whenever that is after Covid-19). Like I said “the best of the best”!

I finally decided to take the plunge. After many starts and stops I wanted to take control of my health and fitness. I needed help with both motivation and expertise to finally see results. After the first 2 weeks I was hooked. Aj is the best he made it doable and I even look forward to working out. Now at month number 2 I’m getting so many compliments.
